Each colour features a colour code to the left, which corresponds to its place on your seasonal subtype’s colour chart where they are matched to Pantone TPM and TCX systems.

Colour Chart
Up to 83 carefully curated shades, aligned with Pantone TPM and TCX systems. This includes 2 to 6 metallics, 12 neutrals, and 65 accents. These colours are generic to all individuals with your palette - not all will be suitable, which is why we provide a Personalised Palette.
Lipstick Chart
42 swatches derived from lipstick products by global brands like Covergirl, Revlon, Almay, Illamasqua, Maxfactor, Makeup Revolution, L’Oreal Paris and more.
Eyeshadow Chart
42 swatches (7 neutrals and 35 accent colours) derived from eye makeup products by global brands such as Kiko Milano, Merit, Lola Makeup, Morphe 2, Milani, Ilia, Nudesticks and more.
Charts are available to shop separately in the store at 14.99 [GBP] - it is included as part of this package at a 50% discount.
You will also receive a written report (1,000+ words) guiding you through your analysis and explaining your stylist's findings in relation to your prescribed season and subtype by highlighting comparisons on the palettes as well as links to additional resources on both our website and social media pages.
REQUIRED INFORMATION
1. Forward the required images via email only. The better your images, the more accurate results so please see our blog post for best practice. Neither your photographs nor results are shared with anyone publicly or online, including on our social media.
- Three clear, unfiltered and no make-up images of your face taken in natural lighting (ideally with your hair down)
- Image of yourself aged 18 (or as close as possible to this age)
- Close up of your hair root (if your hair is currently dyed)
- Close up image of your iris (further advice here)
2. Completed copy of the colour questionnaire
We kindly ask for the required information to be sent over within two weeks of purchase so we can fulfil the 3 to 5 working day time frame.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This is a digital purchase and you understand that your purchase will be sent to you as a PDF attachment via email. You understand that no tangible product will be shipped to you.
2. All sales are final - no refunds or exchanges are permitted after checkout.
3. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your results, a stylist will be happy to discuss their findings with you in more detail via email.
4. Your questionnaire and image instructions will be emailed to you within 24hrs* of checkout. Please send us a message if you have any problems with this.
5. After forwarding the completed questionnaire and required photographs, you will be emailed an estimated completion date and time within 24hrs*.
6. Estimated completion times are based on appointments, which are allocated when questionnaire and photographs have been received. For example, if you order on Monday and send your questionnaire and photographs back on Wednesday - your estimated completion date will be 3 to 5 working days from that Wednesday.
7. Our stylists are based in the UK and respond to messages and emails Monday to Friday between 10am and 6pm [GMT].
*Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include Saturdays, Sundays or UK Bank Holidays including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Easter Sunday.
